Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and knowledge services provided by Lore AI Labs, Inc.
Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Lore AI Labs, Inc. (“Lore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Lore (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you or your organization has a separate written agreement with Lore covering the Service, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your users follow these Terms.
3. The Service
Lore helps organizations find, capture, organize, and share workplace knowledge. We may improve or modify the Service over time. Features identified as beta, preview, evaluation, or similar are offered for testing, may be changed or discontinued at any time, and may be less reliable than generally available features.
4. Connected services
The Service may connect to third-party products such as messaging, document, calendar, ticketing, and developer tools. You authorize Lore to access, process, and take actions in those products as configured by you or your organization. You must have all permissions and rights necessary to grant that access. Third-party products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Lore is not responsible for them.
5. Your content
As between you and Lore, you retain ownership of content you submit or make available through the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant Lore a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create technical modifications of Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.
You are responsible for Customer Content and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Lore to process it. Your workspace settings and source-system permissions may determine who can access Customer Content. You are responsible for configuring those controls appropriately and reviewing outputs before sharing or relying on them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights;
- submit content you lack permission to use or access information outside your authorization;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, bypass security or access controls, or interfere with the Service;
- introduce malware or harmful code, overload the Service, or use automated means in a way that unreasonably burdens it;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or underlying models, except where law does not permit this restriction;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties unless Lore has agreed in writing; or
- use Service output to make high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review and any notices or safeguards required by law.
7. AI-generated output
The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate answers, summaries, suggestions, classifications, or other output. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating output, checking cited sources, applying human review, and deciding whether and how to use it. Similar output may be provided to other users.
8. Lore's rights
Lore and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. If you provide feedback, you grant Lore a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information that is identified as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it using reasonable care. These duties do not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. A party may disclose confidential information when legally required after giving notice where permitted.
10. Fees
If you purchase paid access, fees, billing terms, usage limits, and the subscription period will be described in an order form or at purchase. Unless otherwise stated there, fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and you are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on Lore's income.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Lore may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if needed to prevent harm. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and confidentiality.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lore and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised that such damages are possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lore's total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Lore for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or (b) US $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Lore and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. Lore will promptly notify you of a covered claim and reasonably cooperate at your expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on Lore without our written consent.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them; otherwise, you must stop using the Service.
16. General terms
You may not assign these Terms without Lore's written consent; Lore may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with referenced policies and any applicable written order, are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
