What you’ll do
- Analyze customer, product, and business data to surface operational problems and opportunities.
- Turn customer needs and operating data into pilot plans, implementation requirements, and clear success measures.
- Improve customer and internal workflows by identifying bottlenecks, quality issues, and useful operating metrics.
- Build forecasts and quantitative models that support decisions on capacity, demand, pricing, and company performance.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a similar role.
- A quantitative academic or professional background, with comfort working from messy data to a clear recommendation.
- Strong written communication and judgment when working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
02Member of Technical Staff
Research and build reliable AI agent systems that learn from changing company context and improve over time.
What you’ll do
- Research and prototype AI agent and machine-learning approaches for real operational workflows.
- Develop experiments, evaluation harnesses, and diagnostics to understand model behavior and test improvements.
- Build systems for ingesting, retrieving, and reasoning over company information with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
- Design and implement the architectures, backend services, APIs, and data infrastructure that support the product.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience building software, ML systems, AI products, or research prototypes.
- A technical background in computer science, machine learning, or a closely related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals and an appetite for rigorous experimentation, debugging, and iteration.
03Member of Design Staff
Design clear, thoughtful product experiences for people who are teaching agents how their companies work.
What you’ll do
- Shape end-to-end workflows that help customers understand, configure, and improve agent behavior.
- Turn complex technical systems into simple interaction patterns, information hierarchies, and interfaces.
- Partner with customers, product, and engineering to test ideas early and turn feedback into stronger product decisions.
- Develop and evolve the visual language and interaction standards that make Lore feel coherent and trustworthy.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of product-design experience, ideally on workflow, data, developer, or AI products.
- A portfolio that shows strong interaction design, systems thinking, and care for craft.
- Comfort moving from ambiguous customer problems to high-quality shipped product with a small, collaborative team.
We’d like to meet you.
